We would like to recognize and congratulate Dani Behnke on her promotion to Senior Software Engineer.
Dani has worked as a consultant to TriYoung since 2005 but became a full-time employee in February of 2019. Dani’s professional passion is learning better ways to code and making the applications we provide easier for our users to navigate. Dani can create solutions that simplify and solve the work of the clients. We internally refer to it as “Dani magic”.
Dani’s former title was Senior Programmer. As a programmer, Dani championed the development of all our web application tools, including RWISE. Dani feels RWISE (Ryan White Integrated Statewide Eligibility) is her biggest professional accomplishment because it helps our clients manage Ryan White eligibility by streamlining the process required for the Ryan White clients to maintain their eligibility.
In her new role as Senior Software Engineer, Dani will be vital in providing an engineering approach on the software development of our systematic applications. In this role, Dani will apply the principles of software engineering to design, develop, maintain, test, and evaluate our computer software. She will provide guidance and support to our two developers.
