This year marks the 5
th anniversary for Lisa Fuentes joining TriYoung. We are so excited to be able to celebrate this milestone with Lisa.
Lisa has been on our leadership team for the past 5 years and provides support to everyone on the team as well as her carved out duties of HIPAA Security officer, Account Manager, Team Lead, and the role of business development.
To our customers Lisa is the one that begins the journey of someone who is inquiring about our services, to providing demonstrations, and writing proposals to presenting solutions that our team can provide. She is always the first person to interact with our clients.
To our internal team, Lisa is the one that kicks off new projects and, in some cases, runs as the project lead from beginning to end. In addition, she provides the onboarding of staff, HIPAA training, training on our systems and processes, and is the go-to person for many things our team requires to support our customers.
Since Lisa joined the TriYoung team we have grown from serving 5 to 17 jurisdictions, nationwide from the West to the East Coast with CAREWare, Web Extensions and various reporting tools.
Our team has grown from 3 to 7 and still growing as we are adding a new team member within the next 60 days.
Lisa is a living example of our core values and greets everyone with a smile, kind words and energy to motivate us all to be the best we can be.
Our team says these things about her:
Lisa, I am continually impressed by your perseverance and positive attitude that never quits.
- Dani Behnke
Lisa, you wear many hats and are proud to do so. I have never seen you afraid to get your hands dirty and help problem solve a new or complex issue. You are always willing to go above and beyond for the team as well as a team member individually. You have a smile on your face at work daily regardless of if you’re having a bad day or if something else is going on. You fully embody what it is to be a TriYoung, Inc., team member as evidenced by your passion and commitment to our clients. I am grateful to be on your team.

Thank you for all your help keeping me from going insane during my first few months with the company. You continue to be my rock during the tumultuous times, and I am immensely grateful.

Lisa is one of the strongest, compassionate, and empathetic women I have had the pleasure of getting to know. She has a strong connection with her and others' emotions and embraces them. You put others' needs first and always take our entire team and our clients into consideration. Our client’s well-being is something always on your mind, you have always fought for better availability to healthcare/treatment and standards throughout your career and continue that mission with TriYoung. Making our clients' and their patients' lives easier is not just a work priority for Lisa, but a life value and world view that has not only positively affected me but our entire team to be more mindful of our Core Convictions. I tell my son what matters is in your heart; Lisa has a full heart; I thank God that you are part of our team. Congratulations Lisa on 5 years with TriYoung!!!

Lisa is one of the hardest workers I have met. No matter how big or small the issue is, she is more than willing to dive into it and help make progress on the issue. She is someone I know that I can trust, and in working with her, makes me want to be sure I am always on top of my game to try and copy her great attitude and work ethic. Thank you, Lisa, for everything you do, and am looking forward to working together for a long time.
