We are grateful for a New Year and a fresh start in 2021.
In preparation for the new year, the TriYoung team met to discuss how we can improve the products and services we provide. Our team came up with some great ideas that will help our Ryan White clients improve the level of service to their patients.
The first idea was to create four versions of Ryan White Integrated Statewide Eligibility (RWISE) System.
- RWISE Vanilla which is the basic eligibility system for one Ryan White Part.
- RWISE Vanilla Plus which is the centralized eligibility system for multiple Ryan White Parts
- RWSIE Vanilla Plus Plus which is the centralized eligibility system for multiple Ryan White Parts plus AIDS Drug Assistance Program (ADAP) Module.
- RWISE Vanilla Plus Extra which the basic eligibility system plus ADAP Module and other web apps like Medical Benefits Manger (MBM), Prescription Benefit Manager (PBM), Grants Management System (GMS), etc. Having the versions broken down will allow for a quicker implementation and give our clients immediate value.
Our continuous focus for 2021 will be delivering value to our customer as frequently as possible. In order to accomplish this our team adopted the Agile process. Our teams met once a month and took online courses to learn the Agile process and way of thinking.
Another idea from our team was to convert our reporting tools from Access databases to Web Apps. With most of our clients working remotely in 2020, having a tool on their desktop at work was not helpful. An example of a one of the tools that is now available as a web app is Grants Management System (GMS). The system allows for Grant set-up, Planning Council Allocations/Reallocations, Provider Budgets, Fiscal Reports, CE Analysis Review of services billed, Task order and contract management to be accessed remotely via a web browser. All of these tasks can now be accomplished from any location via web browser with a secure login.
In 2021, we will continue to ensure our service reflects the 5 characteristic of our Core Convictions which include Passion, Integrity, E2 (Efficiency & Effectiveness), Meaningful Work and Fearlessness. Our focus will remain on internal and external patient care.
We are grateful 2020 is in the rear-view mirror and looking forward to a prosperous year in 2021.
