Ian Taylor is our new Software Development Support Systems Analyst for TriYoung, Inc. Ian will assist both our support and development teams. Ian began his journey in IT after graduating college in 2013 from Middle Tennessee State University with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems. He started work for Cigna HealthSpring in Nashville, TN straight out of college. Ian started in a base hourly help desk position and in his tenure there, was able to become a primary resource for the apps he supported in terms of being able to find answers/solutions to problems that occurred.
