Julie is a native of Phoenix, Arizona, has worked in the IT industry for over 30 years. Julie Young holds a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from Western International University (Magna Cum Laude). Julie Young supports a federally funded database for several county and state government grant offices as well as supporting several innovative business database solutions for reporting and business management. Julie Young has been providing support for the HRSA CAREWare program since 2000 in the Phoenix Metropolitan area.
