Ian Taylor is our new Software Development Support Systems Analyst for TriYoung, Inc. Ian will assist both our support and development teams.
Ian began his journey in IT after graduating college in 2013 from Middle Tennessee State University with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems. He started work for Cigna HealthSpring in Nashville, TN straight out of college. Ian started in a base hourly help desk position and in his tenure there, was able to become a primary resource for the apps he supported in terms of being able to find answers/solutions to problems that occurred. Ian looks forward to helping clients to ensure we keep the quality the TriYoung name brings.
Professionally, Ian is passionate about learning as much as he can about the users/apps he supports. In the end, Ian wants to be able to be either a resource that is able to identify the solution for the situation or know where to look in order to have it resolved in a reasonable time frame.
Personally, Ian is passionate about learning about new tech in general, taking tech apart to try and fix something in it, exploring what is new in video games and movies, or trying to work out more to stay healthy.
Ian feels his biggest accomplishment is having as great of a job as he has. He feels blessed that he has been able to work through college and land jobs that afford me to be able to do many things that he could only dream of when he was younger.
Ian assists clients with anything from not understanding a UI and providing instructions to do what they need, or tackling a deeper issue with an application, being the resource that works with the users and app vendor to figure out best short-term/long-term fix.
Ian is most complimented for just being reliable and willing to help on issues that come his way, no matter how big or small.
We feel very blessed to have Ian Taylor on the TriYoung Team.
