His development journey began in 2021 in an unconventional setting—a small back room turned programming shop—where his passion for reliable, people-centered solutions took root. As the lead developer for RW CAREWare, Roy led the full development lifecycle, turning client needs into intuitive, effective software used nationwide.

After founding a successful consulting firm in 2023 and contributing as a developer consultant at TriYoung, Roy officially joined the team to help drive innovative growth across our health-focused platforms. Known for his strong communication, collaborative spirit, and results-driven mindset, Roy excels in translating abstract ideas into clear, practical software solutions that improve lives.
