Tiffany began her healthcare career by traveling 100% locally to support a large children’s hospital network in Kansas City. This high-functioning administrative role provided her with the skills and knowledge to assist medical staff across multiple venues. After working with providers and families in emergency rooms, urgent care, and inpatient and outpatient clinics, Tiffany was inspired to pursue a Master of Healthcare Administration in 2014.
Throughout her career she gained additional experience supporting a renown cardiology practice where she served as the primary for patients seeking post-op care and chronic disease management. In 2016, Tiffany joined a competitive healthcare IT corporation to travel 100% nationally, supporting statewide hospital networks on the East Coast.
As a clinical learning facilitator, she trained doctors, nurses, and various frontline health professionals on complex EMR/EHR systems. Tiffany’s attention to detail, SOP development, and efficient communication skills prepared clients to confidently troubleshoot and document patient encounters in high stress environments. During “go live” events, she acted as the subject matter expert for internal and external stakeholders to increase cross-departmental workflow adoption.
In the areas of healthcare administration and client services management, Tiffany exceeds expectations while continuing to build her knowledge base. She is passionate about connecting with local and national community members and believes the greatest rewards come from advocating for favorable outcomes in every situation. “That’s not my job” is not in her vocabulary!
