Lisa Alaniz is a dedicated Account Manager at TriYoung, Inc., whose life and career are marked by resilience, compassion, and a steadfast commitment to community service. Growing up in Tucson, Arizona, Lisa faced early challenges, including childhood homelessness, which ignited her passion for helping others. She draws strength from her large, supportive family and her faith, embodying the spirit of hope for many.

Beginning her professional journey as a Pharmacy Technician, Lisa’s desire to make a tangible impact led her to a pivotal role at a Ryan White Clinic. There, she contributed significantly to initiatives like “Club MedBox” and the AIDS Drug Assistance Program (ADAP). Her leadership as the Ryan White Part B Program Manager resulted in transformative changes, notably the development of the Ryan White Integrated Statewide Eligibility (RWISE) system.

Since joining TriYoung, Inc. in 2017, Lisa has been instrumental in assisting Ryan White Programs nationwide to leverage technology for enhanced community service. Collaborating with Julie Young, she played a crucial role in creating systems such as RWISE and the Medical Benefit Management System (MBM), streamlining processes and ensuring seamless service delivery.

In her current role as Client Experience Specialist at TriYoung, Lisa ensures a flawless integration for every client into the TriYoung family, meticulously managing all phases from initial inquiry to project completion. She also plays an essential role in welcoming and training new team members and serves as the HIPAA Compliance officer, upholding the company’s high standards.

Guided by her faith and inspired by Philippians 4:13, “I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength,” Lisa approaches each day as an opportunity to radiate love, kindness, and self-improvement. Outside of her professional endeavors, she enjoys gardening, bike riding, and DIY projects, with Cancun and Oak Creek Canyon holding special places in her heart.
