Since joining the team in June 2021, Ian has consistently demonstrated a commitment to excellence, innovation, and collaboration.
Ian began his journey at TriYoung as a Software Development Support Systems Analyst, where he quickly established himself as a reliable and knowledgeable resource for both the Development and Support teams. His ability to bridge gaps, manage requests, and ensure seamless communication made him an essential part of our operations from the very beginning.
With a strong foundation in computer information systems and years of prior experience in healthcare claims processing and technical support, Ian brought valuable expertise in data management, SQL, and infrastructure. His attention to detail and problem-solving mindset allowed him to quickly take on complex challenges and deliver meaningful solutions.
As his career progressed, Ian advanced into a Technical Manager role, where he continued to strengthen backend operations, enhance reporting capabilities, and collaborate closely with clients. His focus has always been clear: simplifying processes and improving outcomes through thoughtful data integration and efficient system design.
Today, as our key Technical Manager and Database Administrator, Ian plays a critical role in managing the foundation of TriYoung’s data systems, overseeing how information is structured, secured, and utilized across the organization. His expertise in server testing, network security, and data flow ensures that our systems remain reliable, efficient, and secure for both internal teams and clients.
What truly sets Ian apart is his approach to teamwork and continuous learning. Known for his reliability and willingness to help, Ian has built a reputation as someone who can always be counted on—no matter what the challenge. He values collaboration and believes in creating an environment where knowledge is shared, and everyone has the opportunity to grow.
Ian’s journey into IT is a testament to his adaptability and curiosity. Originally pursuing accounting, he discovered his passion for technology and pivoted into a field where he continues to thrive. His mindset as a lifelong learner drives him to constantly expand his knowledge and refine his skills, ensuring he remains at the forefront of his field.
