One Year of Innovation, Collaboration, and Growth
One year ago, we were thrilled to welcome Roy Carubba to the TriYoung team. Today, we’re celebrating not only his first anniversary, but also the lasting impact he has made on our company, our products, and our clients over the past year.
As our Senior Software Engineer, Roy has been an integral member of the development team behind one of TriYoung’s most significant initiatives—the evolution of RWISE to RWISE 2. Working alongside his fellow developers, Roy has helped modernize the platform by transitioning it to Angular, creating a faster, more intuitive, and scalable solution for Ryan White programs nationwide. Through his technical expertise, thoughtful problem-solving, and commitment to quality, Roy has played an important role in delivering new functionality, improving performance, and enhancing the user experience while maintaining the reliability our clients have come to expect.
Beyond his technical contributions, Roy exemplifies what makes TriYoung special. He approaches every challenge with professionalism, patience, and a genuine desire to help others succeed. Whether collaborating with fellow developers, partnering with account managers to understand client needs, or helping turn complex ideas into practical software solutions, Roy consistently brings clarity, creativity, and a positive attitude to every project.
One of Roy’s greatest strengths is his ability to bridge the gap between technology and the people who rely on it. He understands that every enhancement we build ultimately supports healthcare professionals serving individuals living with HIV, and he never loses sight of that purpose. His collaborative spirit, dependability, and commitment to excellence have made him an invaluable member of both our development team and the TriYoung family.
