The TriYoung team is thrilled to congratulate Natalia Trodahl on her remarkable 5-year anniversary with TriYoung, Inc. Since joining us on October 16, 2019 as a Systems Analyst and Web Application Specialist, Natalia has continually demonstrated passion, skill, and a deep commitment to improving the lives of those she serves.
Natalia’s journey to TriYoung began in the city of Las Vegas, where she worked as the HOPWA Coordinator, representing the city on the Las Vegas TGA Planning Council. It was during her transition to the Ryan White Part A Program that Natalia discovered her calling streamlining data processes to relieve front-line staff and improve client care. This discovery fueled her desire to join TriYoung, where she could put her innovative thinking to work for Ryan White clients and beyond.
At TriYoung, Natalia is known for her ability to develop efficient workflows, ensuring that those providing direct client services can spend more time where it matters most—with their clients. Her expertise in simplifying complex systems and her collaborative spirit make her an invaluable part of our team. Clients and colleagues alike praise Natalia for her ability to communicate intricate ideas in ways that everyone can understand, regardless of technical background. She works tirelessly to eliminate data burdens, bridging training gaps with clarity and patience.
Outside of work, Natalia’s passion for personal growth is just as inspiring. She is driven by a desire to save money, promote self-care, and encourage others to embrace long-lasting lifestyle changes. Among her greatest personal achievements, Natalia counts being the first in her family to attend university, helping others invest in their emotional and mental well-being, and achieving financial independence by becoming debt-free. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, exploring the outdoors, cooking new recipes, and indulging in a good movie. Natalia is also an active member of Toastmasters International, where she continues to refine her already impressive communication skills.
Natalia’s professional journey has been as eclectic as it is inspiring. From working in a Porsche autobody shop to bank telling, instructing young minds, and managing grants, her career has been marked by adaptability and perseverance. With a Master of Arts degree from the University of Nevada Las Vegas and a broad range of roles since 2005, Natalia embodies resilience and resourcefulness.
At the heart of her work at TriYoung is Natalia’s dedication to client satisfaction. Now serving as an Account Manager, Natalia seamlessly manages project updates, billing, contracts, and client relations, ensuring that our customers’ needs are always met. Her diverse background in both IT and social services allows her to approach complex problems with creativity, always finding innovative solutions to the challenges at hand. Whether it’s during an initial consultation or the final stages of a project, Natalia’s attention to detail and commitment to quality are always evident.
