Today, we are proud to celebrate an incredible milestone—David Fredrickson’s five-year anniversary with TriYoung, Inc. Over the past five years, David has grown alongside our organization, making a lasting impact through his innovation, dedication, and passion for software development.
David joined TriYoung in May 2021 as a Software Development Support Systems Analyst, bringing with him a solid foundation in computer science and a natural enthusiasm for solving complex problems. From day one, it was clear that David possessed not only the technical skills needed to succeed, but also the curiosity and drive to continuously improve both himself and the systems he supports.
As his career progressed, David quickly advanced into a Software Engineer role, where he became instrumental in developing and refining solutions that directly support our clients. His work has consistently reflected a deep understanding of user needs, paired with a commitment to delivering efficient, high-quality systems.
In recent years, David has taken on even greater responsibility as a Full Stack Software Developer. In this role, he has played a key part in modernizing TriYoung’s technology, including building tools that support eligibility systems and helping transform legacy processes into streamlined, user-friendly solutions. His contributions to initiatives like RWISE have helped enhance both functionality and user experience across our platforms.
David’s approach to his work is defined by persistence and purpose. Whether he is debugging complex systems, improving data processes, or strengthening security, he remains committed to seeing every challenge through resolution. His philosophy is simple: problems are meant to be solved, and better systems can always be built.
Beyond his technical expertise, David is known for his positive attitude, collaborative spirit, and genuine passion for his craft. He takes pride in a job well done—whether that means supporting clients, mentoring teammates, or contributing to meaningful conversations that move projects forward.
