Embracing Change with New Titles, a Promotion, and a Name Update

At TriYoung, Inc., our President, Julie Young, believes in allowing her employees to request a title change to something they feel better describes their role. She also believes in promotion of employees who have excelled in their role. This year, we had some titles change, a promotion, and a name change.

First, let us start with the new titles. Natalia Trodahl’ s new title is Account Manager. An account manager is an individual responsible for overseeing the relationship between TriYoung and our customers. They also determine the customers’ needs and how the company will deliver on those needs. Natalia works directly with our customers, leads their projects, provides support and training. Natalia feels this new title better suits her responsibilities.

Ian Taylor and Daniel Calas both changed their titles to System Analyst. A System Analyst is an individual responsible for diagnosing database program issues, resolving user issues, data analysis and system support. This is a condensed version of their previous title.

Next, we would like to highlight our promotion. Michael “Mike” Plymire was recently promoted to Junior Software Developer. Software developers are the creative, brainstorming masterminds behind the programming needed to make our web applications work. Mike works directly with our Senior Software Engineer to create our web applications. Congratulations Mike!

Lastly, in November 2022, our Business Development and Data Analyst Specialist, Lisa Fuentes, was married. Her new name is Lisa Alaniz. Lisa remains the primary point of contact for information on TriYoung services.

Changes this year brought a new title, a promotion, and a new name but we are still the mighty TriYoung team who strives to provide excellent customer service.
