At TriYoung, we believe that recognizing and appreciating our valued customers is essential to building strong, lasting relationships. One of the many services we provide is comprehensive training. We train on Ryan White programmatic requirements and utilizing CAREWare for data collection and federal reporting. We train on our various customized web applications such as RWISE, Viewer, Pharmacy, GMS – to name a few. During one of our recent trainings, our team decided to show recognition and appreciation for our customers. We provided tokens of appreciation. The tokens were a glossy rock in different colors with the words “You Rock!” written across the front in a gorgeous, gold color. 

Why We Chose to do This

Two of our five values, known as the TriYoung Core Convictions, are Meaningful Work: Building with Heart and Creativity and Passion: Commitment to our Clients. We felt that showing our valued customers recognition and appreciation aligned perfectly with these values.  Our Founder and President, Julie, inspired the idea of using these unique rocks as the token. This special and memorable touch resulted in overwhelmingly positive reactions from our clients.

Reactions Received from Participants Who Got a “You Rock” Token

Our customers loved the rocks more than we anticipated! Two staff members playfully got into a friendly spat over the item, adding a touch of fun to the situation. This was an unexpected outcome resulting from passing out the rocks.

Incorporating these simple yet heartfelt gestures into our training sessions has not only reinforced our core values but also strengthened the bond we share with our clients. The “You Rock” tokens have proven to be a small but powerful symbol of our gratitude, sparking joy and fostering a sense of community. As we move forward, we remain committed to recognizing and celebrating our valued customers, ensuring they always know just how much they rock!
