Today, we celebrate an important milestone for one of our most dedicated team members, Michael “Mike” Plymire, as he reaches his third anniversary with TriYoung, Inc. Over the past three years, Mike has demonstrated exceptional growth and commitment, making an indelible mark on our company and clients. Let’s take a look at his journey and the remarkable impact he’s made so far.

A Journey of Growth

Mike began his journey with TriYoung as a Software Development Support Systems Analyst in June 2021. Even then, he stood out for his technical acumen and passion for Information Technology (IT), which he nurtured from a young age. He got his first computer, running MS-DOS, when he was just six years old, and by 12, he was building his own computers. His dedication to technology was evident even in middle school, where he spent extra time in the computer lab programming robotic arms.

His innate curiosity and drive translated into a swift promotion to Junior Software Developer in 2022. In this role, he quickly proved himself as a creative mastermind, using his programming expertise to help our web applications thrive.

Last year, Mike was promoted to Lead Software Developer—a well-deserved recognition of his ability to lead and inspire. In this position, he works diligently with the team, skillfully utilizing software APIs to integrate with existing applications while supporting the development, maintenance, and debugging of the TriYoung web apps. His technical expertise, combined with his unwavering commitment to quality, has elevated our software solutions and helped us exceed client expectations.

Thank You, Mike

As we celebrate Mike’s three-year anniversary with TriYoung, we want to express our gratitude for his hard work, dedication, and the positive energy he brings to the team. He embodies the spirit of continuous learning and growth, and we are incredibly fortunate to have him as our Lead Software Developer.

Here’s to you, Mike, and many more years of innovation and excellence at TriYoung!
