We are excited to celebrate Peter Pepper’s 1-year anniversary with TriYoung, Inc.! Since joining us on October 24, 2023, as a Systems Analyst on our Support Team, Peter has already made a significant impact. In just under a year, his hard work and dedication earned him a promotion to Account Manager on September 30, 2024—a testament to his skills and leadership.
Peter’s career journey has been marked by a passion for customer service and problem-solving. Beginning in various customer service and call center roles across Nebraska, Missouri, and Iowa, Peter quickly demonstrated his knack for identifying and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) that drive success. While working as a debt collector for a mortgage servicer, he recognized discrepancies in call center metrics and suggested improvements to bonus and award structures. This keen insight led to a promotion to a business analyst role.
After taking some time off, Peter returned to the tech world as a Technical Team Lead at Wex Health Inc. before finding his new professional home at TriYoung, Inc. Peter was drawn to TriYoung by the passion of our President, Julie Young, and our team’s commitment to using data to help people. He shared that it’s rare to find a role that offers excellent benefits while also being life-affirming, people-focused, and driven by a shared passion for making a difference.
As an Account Manager, Peter’s strengths lie in his communication skills and his dedication to being a solutions-focused leader. His goal is to master the art of planning, communication, and execution—a mission he’s actively pursuing by working toward his project management certification. Peter’s commitment to staying on top of emerging technologies and trends helps him provide the best possible solutions for our clients and team.
Beyond his professional life, Peter is passionate about making the world a better place and spends his time caring for his plants, his two dogs, his significant other, and himself. Peter also makes sure to enjoy life’s pleasures—whether it’s through music, dancing, dining, or starlit camping trips. One of his proudest personal achievements was standing in solidarity with intersectional justice movements, culminating in DJing the most expensive dance party in Minnesota history.
One of Peter’s standout qualities is his ability to listen actively and reflectively, which enables him to understand and address the concerns, wants, and needs of those around him. By applying the lessons he has learned throughout his career, Peter cultivates an environment where individuals can thrive and meet their goals. He has also been instrumental in leveraging technology like ChatGPT to streamline our internal processes and save time.
