Welcoming Tiffany Benson: A Trustworthy Client Services Advocate and Dependable Healthcare Administrator Who Continually Strives for Excellence

Tiffany Benson brings over a decade of experience in healthcare administration, higher education, and communications to her role as Account Manager at TriYoung, Inc. Her career began in 2013 supporting a network of children’s hospitals in Kansas City, where she developed a deep passion for patient advocacy and operational excellence. Tiffany later advanced her expertise by earning a master’s degree in healthcare administration and serving in leadership roles at both clinical and academic institutions.

At Cerner Corporation, she became a pivotal member of national EMR implementation teams—training clinical professionals across the U.S. and serving as a subject matter expert during “go live” events. Her ability to translate complex healthcare processes into efficient workflows helped major hospital networks streamline patient services and improve interdepartmental communication.

Beyond healthcare, Tiffany has built a strong record in stakeholder engagement, content strategy, and administrative leadership. As a Senior Researcher with Turning Point USA, she directed database management, content production, and public affairs initiatives for national projects, blending data accuracy with effective communication to advance organizational missions.

Tiffany is known for her empathy, diligence, and proactive approach—qualities that align perfectly with TriYoung’s mission to improve access and efficiency in healthcare systems nationwide. A lifelong learner and published writer, she continues to use her voice to educate and inspire action within her community.

“That’s not my job” is not in her vocabulary.

Please join us in giving Tiffany Benson a warm welcome to TriYoung, Inc. We’re thrilled to have her on board.
